WtFock season 3 gave us a lot to talk about. There are many things we liked: Some beautiful character moments, we were introduced to Noor, Robbe might be the gentlest Isak, and Sander is insanely talented...and yet the writing left us wanting more. This season has a lot to live up to and some baffling writing choices make us feel more lukewarm about this season than we’d want to be. The discussion revolves around love triangles, character cores, well-intentioned messaging that doesn’t quite practice what it preaches, and why Emma, Bas, and Fifi are superstars. We always love talking about Italia, even if this is our least favorite season. We are sad to report that Liska was not a fan of this season, while Gaby would call it perfectly adequate. While there are many parts of this season that we enjoyed, it just didn’t come together for us. Gaby decides that Incantava is the most dramatic, but also the most rational Noorhelm, how does that make sense? Listen and find out! We tackle a very puzzling season of Druck, which attempts to smooth out some of Sana’s rough edges and somehow takes out all the conflict. Join us for the first half of our very meandering discussion on Amira, her family, Mazzouk, Kiki, and the season where we love the characters, yet are overall left lacking. For bonus fun, take a shot every time Liska says “backbone.”
